Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At See Who’s Kickin’, we understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a $30.00 no-show fee.

This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked and is non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us provide timely care and appointment availability for all of our families.
